Metodología:
- DIVERSAS TECNICAS DE BIOLOGIA MOLECULAR, Cultivo de células, mediciones de permeabilidad epitelial, ELECTROFISIOLOGIA, de iones por absorción atómica, microscopia confocal e inmunofluorescencia, inmunoblot, cromatografía de intercambio iónico y de filtración molecular, electroforesis, transfección de genes mutados, etc.
